I think that this is one awesome picture of Gabby Alipe.
I was going through some CDs, still not yet finished transferring all my photos to a hard drive, when I chanced upon a blank CD and found photos of Gabby Alipe of Urbandub when we were shooting a Nokia AVP in Saguijo. I think if you click on the photo you’ll appreciate it better blown up.
I suddenly remembered that I had three days worth of memorable photos, but I only have this first day left. There was a photo of Pepe Smith hugging Francis, Raims and Diego of Pedicab posing with a futuristic background, classic Kevin Roy and rare instances of everyone jamming from the day of the event itself.
I threw away the CD last year. I’m a freak like that. I threw away a lot of negatives during the time I was still working for Rivermaya in 2004. I think I don’t value these things as much as I do now and looking back, I think I threw that CD away mindlessly because 2008 was a very unfair and angry year for me. I almost died of food poisoning, haha.
